Terms for Using This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use tagnaturally.property and the referral service Tagnaturally Walk-In Tubs runs through it. Using the site, calling the number shown here or sending a form means you accept them. This is a general template and not legal advice.

Our Role

Tagnaturally Walk-In Tubs is a referral and marketing business. We link homeowners with independent providers of walk-in tubs, walk-in showers and tub-to-shower conversions. We do not sell, install or service any products. We are also not a party to any contract you sign with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers we connect you with are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its estimates, prices, schedules, products, workmanship, warranties, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, direct or control them. We make no promise about their availability, timing, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not medical, legal, insurance, financial or other professional advice, and it says nothing about any person's health or mobility needs. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures, not quotes. Real prices vary from job to job.

What You Agree To

You agree to give accurate information and to use the site only for lawful purposes. You also agree not to disrupt how it works or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

By calling or sending a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop hearing from us, email contact@tagnaturally.property at any time.

Ownership of Content

Tagnaturally Walk-In Tubs or its licensors own the text and design of this site. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Tagnaturally Walk-In Tubs is not liable for loss or harm that comes from using this website, from a provider's products or services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Updates to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
