Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, it usually helps to raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware that Tagnaturally Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also turn to your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed contractor, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
