Tagnaturally Walk-In Tubs does not have installers on staff. After you send a request, an independent provider from our network contacts you. That provider is a separate local business. They will quote, schedule and do any work under their own name and their own contract.
What a Provider May Ask
Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider give a realistic first idea of the job.
- What are you seeing now, such as a slick floor, a high tub wall or a loose bar?
- Is the home slab-on-grade or pier-and-beam?
- What do you want when it is done: a walk-in tub, a shower or a conversion?
- Who will use the bathroom, and do they need a seat, wide entry or grab bars?
- When would you like the work done?
The more detail you share, the closer the first estimate can be.
Questions Worth Asking a Provider
Treat the first conversation as a comparison. Good questions to bring:
- Is the quote in writing, and does it list materials and labor separately?
- What could change the price once the walls or floor are open?
- Who handles plumbing, electrical and wall repair?
- How long will the bathroom be out of use?
- What warranty comes from the manufacturer, and what comes from the provider?
- Can you show proof of license and insurance where required?
Ask the same questions of each provider. Then compare the answers, not just the totals.

A request does not obligate you to hire anyone. You can take your time, ask for more quotes and walk away from any offer. If a provider pushes you to sign on the spot, that is a good reason to pause.
